I have changed my project from Western European (ISO) into UTF-8, i
use Label1 with Caption "Ändern" , and here is my problem :

if i let this so i got unrecognised char for "Ä" what normal is, i should
use this like "Ändern".....

If i save my caption in this format is working , BUT ...

Reloading my scripts , designer CONVERT this into "Ä" again
